You may place an order through our website by clicking on our email link or by calling (800) 558-6789 and speaking with one of our customer service representatives. Once you have placed an order, we will email you a confirmation for your records.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS™ Ground. When your order is shipped, FedEx/UPS™ will email you your tracking number and expected delivery date.

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within five days of delivery of your order. All items must be returned in new, unused condition. Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are nonrefundable.

Our foam and fabric are guaranteed for two years. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Returns will be inspected once received. Custom orders cannot be returned due to their unique nature. Fabric yardage is non-returnable.

For fabric choice, please order free samples. If the fabric we deliver does not match the sample we sent, this item(s) is returnable. If you don’t order samples and don’t like your fabric choice, this is not returnable.

Replace Your Cushions collects personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, phone number, and/or email address, solely for the purpose of providing you with the information and products you have requested directly from us via telephone or email. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer lists to third parties.
